Just for clarification, the positions here are the ones which are from Electronic Arts' auto updater and don't consider the agency action that is free or lack of San Francisco. Which means Zane Beadles, the only "remarkable" accession to the team was not a factor in this.
The 49ers opened the season in Madden 16 up with a 78 standing. The launch of the 53-man roster alongside other trades through the entire season had the 49ers rated at 70 to close things outside, sharing the second to last place with the Cleveland Browns. The single team worse than those two is. In front of the 49ers at a position of 71 are the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New York Giants.
Clearly, that position will enhance, but the 49ers have nowhere to go but up when looking at this. On the bottom end of the league, they're in almost every class with starters.
The official positions for the following season will not be released until after the advertising circus of Madden 17 starts, which is around July to tell us how ordinary new and enhanced Madden will be.
I am thinking the 49ers will be around high seventies to begin the season. Unless their draft is terrible, I am presuming 77. There is confidence that is less this year than last year as it is even more clear the team will likely be reconstructing. The draft however, where do you see the 49ers ending up in ranks, and who do you see only above and below them?
